Our take
I grabbed this CAP 25 lb pair for a decent price of $90. The rubber coating is applied well, and the chrome handles look good. They feel solid and are easy to grip. However, the rubber has a slight chemical smell initially. The hex shape prevents rolling, which is nice. For the weight, the price is reasonable. My only real complaint is that CAP's quality control can be hit or miss—some reported uneven coating. Mine were fine. Good value for a home gym.
